IDC TMWeb System

IDC TMWeb™ software will provide a centralized tonnage management system capable of automating die recipes and continuously gathering process signatures. This is done using web technology to provide plant-wide and inter-plant access to live tonnage conditions and process control procedures through the information superhighway.

Uses proven IDC TM90 Press Load Monitors

    • High-speed Emergency Stop for early loads provides optimal press and die protection
    • Sensitive through-the-stroke monitoring with Cycle Stop function helps ensure part quality (AutoTrak)
    • Simple "Teach" function learns process cycle and monitors for any changes
    • Ethernet interface to server and optional AB Remote I/O® or ControlNet® interface to press controls

• Any workstation on the network can view any TM90
