Calibration Equipment

Press calibration equipment consists of one to four load cells ranging from 50 to 1000 tons. Systems are operated by a portable digital load cell amplifier with serial output for graphics. All systems are certified NIST traceable.

Strain and Force Sensors

System utilizes force sensors to provide measurement of process. Strain sensors mounted on frames and load washers mounted on hydraulic cylinders have been very popular with end users, providing fast easy installation without sacrificing performance. Special force transducers made to duplicate existing tooling are one of IDC’s specialties. IDC manufactures a complete line of standard and custom strain gauge based sensors.
